Sinclairville Seniors Hold Meeting

SINCLAIRVILLE – The Sinclairville Senior Citizens met recently.

Table decorations were provided by Fran and Jim Odell. Susan Caster entertained the group with her rendition of romantic ballads, a sing-along and the visit with 18 month old Isabella Joy.

Marge McIntyre presided, with the treasurer’s report given by Claudia Wittenbrook and secretary’s report by William Wittenbrook. There were 21 people in attendance.

Bill Wittenbrook and Fran Odell shared the 50/50 cash drawing as well as 14 others winning gifts.

After the regular meeting, a planning session was attended by the officers.

The next meeting will be held Tuesday, March 12, at the Sinclairville Fire Hall facility, with a tureen dinner at noon. It is not necessary to bring a table service, as that is provided.

All seniors over the age of 55 are welcomed to join. Sandy Ahlgren, senior housing consultant with Heritage Ministries, will present a program entitled, “A New View On Aging,” which focuses on a new view of senior citizens.
