Community Fellowship To Offer ‘New View On Aging’
Community Fellowship attendees will hear “A New View on Aging” at 2 p.m. on Tuesday in the First Lutheran Church parlors, corner of Chandler and Center streets. Sandy Ahlgren and Chris Anderson, of Heritage Ministries, will present the program.
Ahlgren earned a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and a master’s degree in counseling from Edinboro University. She and her husband have lived in Busti for 31 years. She continues to be active in community and church involvement, The Salvation Army and Court Appointed Special Advocates board.
Anderson returned to Heritage Ministries as the marketing manager. Duties under this title entail a number of functions, including advertising, website management, public relations and other communications. He and his wife, Amy, reside in Lakewood and are parents of three children. He is a member of the Jamestown Rotary Club and serves on the board for Family Service of the Chautauqua Region.
Devotional time will be offered by Jamestown resident Rick Fleurant of the United Way.
Richard Keyes and Roland A. Swanson, assisted by Virginia Destro, Marie Dole, Carl and Joan Sellers, Robert Utter, Allen and Valerie Wilcox, provided refreshments.
