CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Robert F. Lynch, 43, and Emily C. Aronoff, 29, both of New York City were charged at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday in the town of Chautauqua. Lynch was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, failure to keep right and improper turn signal. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s patrol observed a vehicle driving erratically on Route 394 in Chautauqua. After observing multiple traffic infractions, the vehicle was stopped and following an investigation, Lynch was taken into custody and later released following a chemical test. Aronoff was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and released. Both will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

Kyle S. Jarvis, 20, of Bemus Point was charged at 11:59 p.m., on Wednesday, with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, disobeying a stop sign and inadequate headlamps. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s patrol stopped a vehicle on the Maple Springs-Ellery Road in the town of Ellery. The operator was identified as Jarvis. He was taken into custody and charged. He will appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

ALLEGANY – Christina M. Crainer, 28, of 1 Leo Moss Drive, Great Valley was charged with petit larceny at 1 p.m. on Tuesday for an incident that took place on Dec. 20. Ms. Crainer was processed and issued an appearance ticket. She is due in the Town of Allegany Court at 5 p.m. on March 11.

CATTARAUGUS – Joseph R. Fernandez, 38, of 62 N. Main St., Cattaraugus was charged on a bench warrant out of the city of Salamanca, at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. He was transported and turned over to Salamanca police for further processing.

LITTLE VALLEY – Nikolas M. Hillard, 24, of 130 Main St., Apt. 3, Little Valley was charged on a bench warrant issued out of the city of Salamanca for failure to appear in court, at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday. He was transported and turned over to the Salamanca Police Department.

SOUTH VALLEY – Jordan T. Estes, 19, of 37 Hazzard St., Jamestown was charged at 2:45 a.m. on Thursday, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and possession of alcohol under the age of 21. Estes was arrested following an investigation of a vehicle stuck in the town of South Valley. He was issued appearance tickets and released to appear back at South Valley Court at a later date.

SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT

An 18-year-old male was charged at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, with second-degree harassment, following an altercation with another youth on Feb. 4 in Salamanca. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

A 16-year-old male was charged at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, with second-degree harassment, resulting from a bullying incident that took place in Salamanca on Jan. 28. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

Matthew J. Faux, 40, of 19 Armstrong St., Salamanca was charged at 4:22 p.m. on Wednesday, on a bench warrant issued out of the city of Salamanca. He posted bail to appear in City Court at a later date.

Shally S. Seneca, 19, of Hawk Meadow Drive, Irving was charged at 12:06 a.m. Friday with disorderly conduct and underage possession of an alcoholic beverage after an incident on Broad Street. She is being held for arraignment.

Travis J. Doner, 24, of 580 W. State St., Salamanca was charged at 1:05 a.m. on Friday with operating a motor vehicle without headlights on a public highway and aggravated unlicensed operation after a traffic stop. He will appear for arraignment at 9 a.m., Feb. 27 in City Court.

PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

SUGAR GROVE – Dylan Marshall Kay, 18; Joseph Robert Rutsky, 19; and Gunner James Schenck, 18, all of Sugar Grove, were charged at 5:14 p.m. on Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were found parked on Rounds Hill Road, Sugar Grove Township, Warren County and upon speaking to them, Pennsylvania State detected the odor of marijuana was detected.
