Jean P. Valone

Jean P. Valone, 82, of Warren died Feb, 7, 2013, in the Warren Manor after an extended illness. Jean was born Aug.16, 1930, in Warren, the daughter of the late Albin Hultberg and Olga Swanson Hultberg.

A lifelong resident of Warren, she was the care- taker for her family members. She was a member of St. Paul Luth-eran Church, where she and her husband, Victor Valone, were married in 1982. Jean was a volunteer at the Warren Community Center. After her husband passed on, Jean made a lov-ing home for unwanted and neglected kittens, loving, cherishing and devoting her life to them.

Jean was blessed with the love of her family, wonder-ful and caring neighbors, and her friends at the War-ren Senior Center. She will always be remembered for her kindness, loving and compassion. She loved shopping, walking and be-ing among kind people.

She is survived by her stepson, Victor D. Valone (Terry) Warren, Pa.; a step-daughter, LouAnn Malta (Carl), Jamestown, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Valone; a step-daughter, Beverly Dukes; a stepgrandson, Shawn Valone (son of Victor and Terry); a stepson, Gary L. Valone; and her Uncle Carl and Aunt Edith.
