Express Truck To Bring Food

The Western New York Food Express Truck will be at the Ashville United Methodist Church from noon until 1:30 and 3:30-5 p.m. today. The truck brings mostly fresh produce. WAHS Class Of 1966 To Meet

The Warren Area High School class of 1966 will hold a breakfast get-together at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday in Perkins restaurant, Warren. Foster Parent Meeting Is Today

The Chautauqua County Department of Social Services will host an informational meeting today at 6 p.m. in the Social Services office located at 110 E. Fourth St., Jamestown, on the second floor, for those interested in learning more about becoming a foster parent. Foster parents are needed for children of all ages and those willing to accept sibling groups. For more information, call 661-8212.

AARP Sets Meeting Dates

The Jamestown AARP board of directors will meet on Thursday in the parlors of First Lutheran Church, beginning at 10 a.m. The general meeting will be on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the same location and beginning at 1:30 p.m. There will be a business meeting, a program on financial planning presented by Bruce Supernault, a book exchange, refreshments and fellowship. Attendees are asked to bring their ideas on filling the position of treasurer. Persons needing transportation may phone President Shari Spinler at 487-0709, allowing time enough to make arrangements. All area seniors are welcome.

Rodeo City Seniors To Meet

GERRY – The Rodeo City Senior Citizens will meet at noon Friday at the United Methodist Church in Gerry for their February luncheon and program. Those attending are asked to bring a dish of food to pass and their own table service. A program will follow the luncheon. New members are welcome.

Dinner To Benefit Little Theatre

A fish buffet dinner to benefit the Lucille Ball Little Theatre will be held Saturday at the Elks Club on Fourth Street in Jamestown. Marvin, Lloyd, Ernie, Debby and Bonnie from “Guys on Ice” will be in attendance. There will be seatings at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Tickets for adults are $10, and tickets for children 5 and under are $5 and include coffee, tea, kids’ drinks and dessert. They can be purchased at the Lucille Ball Little Theatre at 18 E. Second St., Jamestown, Brigiotta’s Farmland and the Elks Club.
