CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

RANDOLPH – Brian A. Green, 32, of 103 N. Kings Highway, Randolph, was charged with two counts of petit larceny following an investigation. At 11:56 a.m. on Jan. 3 and 10:38 a.m. on Jan. 9, Green was caught on video taking about $28 and six bags of corn valued at about $42 from Peaches and Cream, 19 Main St., Randolph. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Randolph Court at a later date.

ASHFORD – Jesse A. Grzankowski, 23, of 6881 Woodland Drive, Great Valley, was charged at 2:02 a.m. with driving while intoxicated, DWI over .08 percent blood alcohol content and speed in zone following a traffic stop on Route 219 in the town of Ashford. He was processed and released to appear in Town of Ashford Court at a later date.

ELLICOTTVILLE – Christopher R. Fogle, 56, of Westerville, Ohio, was charged at 11:15 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, with aggravated driving while intoxicated blood alcohol content over .18, DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, improper right turn, failure to yield and unregistered motor vehicle after being stopped in the town of Ellicottville for an improper right turn, driving on the sidewalk and failure to yield to oncoming traffic. Fogle was observed turning north onto Route 219, and while doing so, he cut the corner, proceeded down the sidewalk near Valerian Way and upon entering the roadway, cut off oncoming traffic, according to police. He was stopped, and a plastic cup containing an alcoholic beverage was observed in the center console of the vehicle. He was arrested and is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

GREAT VALLEY – Benjamin L. Boberg, 21; Benjamin W. Bailey, 21; Simon G. Brooks, 21; Joshua P. Dechane, 23; Kristopher W. Mack, 25; Donald B. Moore III, 21, Jonathan C. Pearl, 24; and Skyler P. Martens, 21, were all charged at 11 p.m. on Saturday with second-degree unlawfully dealing with a minor after patrol responded to an underage drinking party on Hungry Hollow Road in the town of Great Valley. Upon arrival, deputies observed the above individuals in the presence of minors Jayson P. Kagelmacher, 20; Anthony J. Fedorowicz, 20; Nathan J. Billings, 19; Bryan S. Kent, 20; a 17-year-old and two 16-year-olds who also had alcohol in their possession. They were also charged with underage possession of alcohol. All are due back in the Town of Great Valley Court.
