CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
STOCKTON – Robert G. Kuhn, 41, of 13 Mill St., Brocton was charged at 7:04 p.m. on Thursday, on Route 380, town of Stockton, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, possession of a controlled substance outside of original container, inadequate head lights and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle and Kuhn was found to have a suspended New York driver’s license. Following an investigation, he was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Stockton Court.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Kirk P. Krofka, 36, of Frewsburg was charged at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, with second-degree aggravated harassment. Officers responded to 114 E. Second St., Dugan’s Tavern, for a disorderly male. Krofka was located inside of the bar. It was alleged that he made several racial comments and threatened the life of another person at the bar. Kirk was transported to the city jail, charged and held pending an arraignment.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Todd A. Dellahoy, 40, of 5818 Forest Crossing, Erie, Pa., was charged on Friday with a bench warrant/failure to appear. A bench warrant was served on Dellahoy who is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail on unrelated charges. He failed to appear in the Town of Busti Court on Sept. 5, 2012, in regard to original charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a controlled substance violation. A detainer was filed with the jail and he is due in the Town of Busti Court on Jan. 17.
TOWN OF ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
ELLICOTT – James D. Surrena, 42, of 533 Prospect St., Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny. The Ellicott Police Department took a report of a larceny that occurred in an Ellicott business on Dec. 22, 2012. Upon investigation an arrest warrant was filed and the subject was later located. He will appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
Erica L. Wisner, 32, of 3 Strong St., Jamestown, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. On Dec. 10, 2012, Ellicott Police took a report of a subject receiving annoying phone calls. Investigation led to the arrest of Ms. Wisner. A warrant was served and she was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
WESTFIELD – Connie L. Hogue, 52, of 6900 East Route 20, Lot 2, Westfield, was charged at 11:33 p.m. on Wednesday on East Main Street, Westfield, with inadequate headlights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator. Westfield Police stopped a vehicle on East Main Street for an alleged traffic infraction. During the traffic stop, it was found that Ms. Hogue’s driving privileges in New York State were suspended. She was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in Westfield Village Court on a later date.
