Harley-Davidson Continues Gift Wrapping Tradition

FALCONER?- Every year during the holidays, with the help of volunteers, typically Chautauqua-Kinzua HOG members, Harley-Davidson of Jamestown offers free gift wrapping to all customers.

Early in the season, a charity is selected that customers may make donations to in lieu of tips with the promise of Harley-Davidson of Jamestown matching all of the donations.

“We wrapped around 900 gifts this holiday season,” said Beth Langless, Harley-Davidson of Jamestown MotorClothes manager. “A big thanks to our volunteers because without them, we simply wouldn’t have enough manpower to do all of that wrapping.”

The St. Susan Center provides a nutritional lunchtime meal every day as well as serves as a safe haven for the physically, mentally and emotionally disabled in the community who feel isolated. In 2011, the center served more than 95,000 meals. For more information, visit www.stsusancenter.org
