OPEN DIVISION

Mike Nelson scored six goals and two assists and Justin Giles had four goals as the Monnies outlasted the Pizza Express, 14-12, at the Jamestown Savings Bank Ice Arena.

A goal apiece went to Brian Wojcinski, John Dupere, Scott Wojcinski and John Powers with five assists to Larry Dupere, four to Powers and three to Brian Wojcinski in the win.

Also Mike Rakoska had two assists while an assist each went to Ray Deland, Mike Milligan, John Dupere and Scott Wojcinski for the winners.

Garret Jones tallied seven times, Al Maybach three times and Bryan Muecke twice for Pizza Express. Jones had four assists, Travis Sanders three, Maybach two and Alex Groters one.

Jason Consiglio and Dave Foti split four goals as Arthur R, Gren toppled Suburban Blend, 7-3.

Christopher Carlson, Andy Dykstra and Clint Hagmaier scored a goal in the winning cause. Foti had two assists while Nathan Meelan and Tom Mazzurco had one each.

Dan Cheney, Doug Weaver and Adam Hover delivered goals for Suburban Blend. Mark Chimera and Hover connected for two assists.

Goalie Brad Barmore allowed just one goal and Zach Narusewicz picked up the hat trick when El Greco smashed Schuyler’s Blue Bombers, 9-1.

Evan Morgan found the range twice while Ryan Arnone, Dan Brunenvas, Eric Martin and John Melcher scored once each for the winners. Craig Felton had three assists and Dimitri Theofilactidis, Martin and Morgan and Melcher had one each.

Greg Pond posted the lone Schuyler’s goal with the assists by John Pagorzelski and Brysten Jones.

Brysten Jones tallied five goals and two assists and Mike Hurley, Greg Pond, and Alex Faulk scored twice as Schuyler’s Blue Bombers outscored the Monnies, 11-9.

Tim Hurley assisted four times, Ray Spacht three, Pagorzelski twice and Faulk twice in the win.

Mike Nelson recorded four goals and three assists, Larry Dupere had three goals while Travis Nowicki and Mike Rakoska had one each in the loss.

Ray Deland, Larry Dupere, Nowicki, John Dupere and Rakoska had one assist each in a losing cause.

Eric Martin and John Melcher scored twice as El Greco defeated Arthur R. Gren, 10-2.

Ryan Arnone, Dan Brunenavs, Dimitri Theofilactidis, Kevin Harvey, Zach Narusewicz and Evan Morgan had the rest of the El Greco goals.

Two assists each were picked up by Arnone, Brunenvas, Morgan, Narusewicz and Melcher with one to Harvey for the winners in support of goalie Barmore.

Tom Mazzurco and Dave Foti tallied the Gren goals with an assist going to Mazzurco and Carlson.

Pizza Express downed Suburban Blend, 7-4, led by Garret Jones’ three goals.

Jason Maybach added two goals and Jesse Gould and Alex Groters one for the winners. Groters had four assists, Bryan Muecke two, Jason Maybach, Jesse Gould, Joe Smith and Jones one each for winning goalie Joe Nemet.

Doug Weaver scored twice, Rod Anderson and Adam Sadowski one each in the loss. Pete Scheira had two assists, Adam Sadowski, Mike Brown, Ron Rothleder and Rod Anderson one.

B LEAGUE

Matt Reese’s three goals led Hiller Tire Service past the Warren Eardocs, 6-3.

Other goals for Hiller’s were by Ernest Lawson, Steve Waite and Dan Whetmore. Two assists went to Dan Blixt, Randy Daugharty and Whetmore while an one assist each were recorded by Reese, Marty Willow and Lawson to aid goalie Keith Anderson.

Mike Mitchell, Jason Mank and Patrick Allen scored goals in the loss with two assists by Chris Derkovitz, one to Allen and Mank.

Andriaccio’s and Superior Tire-Northwest Savings Bank battled to a 6-6 tie.

Mike Ginestre led Andriaccio’s with two goals and three assists while Dennis Lefler, Jason Maybach, Chuck Holder and Jim Krause had one.

Lefler had two assists as did Demler while one each was posted by Bob Samuelson, Krause and Maybach in the win.

Matt Englebert had three goals, Trevor Wilkins, Jeremy Johnson and Jon Zigler one each for Superior Tire. Matt Wilkins delivered three assists, Mike Johnson, Ben Farnham, Chevy Rowland, Trevor Wilkins and Englebert one.

Scott Lemk scored both goals and Greg Whitermore assisted once as Lakewood Apothecary edged the Warren Eardocs, 2-1.

Mike Mitchell scored from Jeff Morgan for the Warren Eardocs.

Andrew Garvey was the losing goalie.

South Side Redemption recorded a 10-4 verdict over Summit Wealth Management as Brian Madison and Tim Nelsen scored three times each.

Ben Sample, James Russo, Jason Coleson and Dave Levandowski had the other goals for Southside. Levandowski had three assists, Madison and Sample two each, Coleson, Jim Manno and Eric Herman one each.

Rod Kolstee, Fred Krywy, Dave Mabee and Don Nichols had Summit goals with Justin Pilling, Gregg Kolstee and Doug Schutte having assists.

Lakewood Apothecary and Harrow Sports fought to a 5-5 deadlock.

Mike Brown scored twice while Greg Whitermore, Tom Minarovich and Jeff Kresge had one apiece for LA. Eric Dahlgren and Rhoe Henderson had two assists and Kresge, Brown and Greg Moore one apiece.

Derek Watkins scored twice and goalie Andrew Hill, Ken Lawton and Eric Greene scored once for Harrow. Watkins had the lone assist.

Nate Mahaffey tallied twice, Ben Farnham, Wes Kaminski, Carl Olson, Chevy Rowland and Matt Englebert once as Superior Tire/Northwest Savings Bank downed Hiller Tire Service, 7-2.

Assists for the winners went to Mahaffey and Kaminski with two each while Rowland, Farnham, Tim Lindsey, Ryan Betts and Matt Wilkins had one each.

Braiden Streed’s two goals led Hiller on assists by Marty Willow and Randy Daugharty.

Ron Andzelik was the goalie on the winning side.

Jim Krause, Jason Maybach and Al Maybach connected twice and Ryan Arnone once as Andriaccio’s toppled Summit Wealth Management, 7-3.

Paul Demler, Al Maybach, Jason Maybach and Dennis Lefler had assists in the win for goalie Bob Samuelson.

Justin Pilling, Glen Giles and Eric Stevenson tallied unassisted goals for Summit.

Led by Eric Herman and Tim Nelsen with two goals each, Southside Redemption took care of Harrow Sports, 6-2.

James Russo and Ben Sample had the other Southside goals with Nelson and Manno splitting six assists and Russo and Levandowski had two apiece.

Eric Greene and John Schrecongost scored for Harrow with Ginny Greene picking up an assist.

Jim Olenniacz was the winning goalie.
