Falconer Seniors To Meet Jan. 28

FALCONER – The Falconer Senior Citizens met Dec. 17 for a Christmas lunch catered by Mariner’s Pier Express. The menu consisted of medallions of chicken with wine sauce, rice, vegetables, pasta with meatballs, salad, brew and butter, dessert, coffee, iced tea and lemonade.

There was a moment of silence for victims of Sandy Hook Elementary followed by a moment of prayer. Anniversaries were celebrated by Carm and Sam Muscarella, Josie and Frank Fonti, and Laurie and Angie Muscarella. Birthdays were celebrated by Jay Destro, Rose Rezzine, Della Cusimano and Paul McCabe.

All seniors are welcome to attend meetings. Contact Anne Moren at 484-0516 or Carol Swain at 386-7289. The next meeting will be Jan. 28 at 1 p.m. at the Ellicott town building, 215 S. Work St., Falconer. The group will serve chili at the next meeting.
