WESTFIELD POLICE

Austin J. Eimers, 19, of Ripley was charged with failure to keep right at 8 a.m. on Jan. 1 following a motor-vehicle accident. Eimers was issued a traffic ticket and released to be in court later.

Richard C. Perkins Jr., 46, of Wattsburg, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding at 10:09 p.m. Saturday. He will appear in court at a later date.

Harley J. Hawkins, Jr., 36, of Westfield was charged with having a suspended registration, no insurance, an uninspected vehicle, being an unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 4:20 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court at a later date.

Hector Colon, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding at 7:54 p.m. Saturday. He was issued traffic citations and will appear in court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

MAYVILLE – Andrew W. Campaign, 39, of Fredonia was wanted for assault and driving while intoxicated. Campaign turned himself into county court, and was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. He has been removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.

STOCKTON – Steven J. Stablewski, 22, of Stockton was wanted for assault and driving while intoxicated. According to police, deputies and members of the New York State Police responded to West Railroad Avenue in Stockton on a report that Stablewski was at a residence there. Stablewski had several outstanding warrants and was taken into custody without incident. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail and removed form the Chautauqua County wanted list.

POMFRET – Thomas Fitzgerald, 64, of Angola was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right at 1:13 a.m. Sunday. According to police, Fitzgerald was stopped after he was observed crossing the center line. Further investigation led to the charge of driving while intoxicated. He was issued tickets and is to appear in court at a later date.

HANOVER – Keith R. Parmenter, 40, of Salamanca was charged with inadequate tail lamps and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 7:40 p.m. Monday. He was issued traffic tickets and will appear in court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SALAMANCA – Joseph A. Bazley, 23, of Maryville, Tenn., was taken into custody on a family court warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Family Court at 4 a.m. Friday. He was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail.

GOWANDA – Victoria J. Mercado, 49, of Gowanda was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued by the town of New Albion at 8:25 p.m. on Jan. 1. She was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $100 bail.

COLDSPRING – A 17-year-old female and an 18-year-old male have both been charged with second-degree criminal trespassing at 3:36 a.m. Monday. The female was processed and released with an appearance ticket. The male was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. Both individuals will be in court at a later date.

GOWANDA – Frank H. Hawkins Jr., 22, of Gowanda was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued by the city of Salamanca at 6 p.m. Friday. He was held pending further action.

ASHFORD – Thomas R. Allen, 36, of Amherst was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent and speeding at 9:03 a.m. Sunday. He was released on traffic tickets and is due back in court later.

CONEWANGO – Matthew J. Brooks, 36, of Randolph was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent and failure to keep right at 12:12 a.m. Sunday. He was released on traffic tickets and is due back in court later.

COLDSPRING – Shawn E. Burnside, 38, of Randolph was charged with failure to keep right and driving while intoxicated at 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 31 following a one-car motor-vehicle accident. He will appear in court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Tyler A. Jimerson, 18, of Irving was charged with petit larceny and trespassing at 3 a.m. on Dec. 22. He is due in court at a later date.

GREAT VALLEY – Clint J. Crouse, 27, of Salamanca was charged with second-degree harassment at 2:45 a.m. Friday. According to police, Crouse allegedly struck a juvenile female in the face early Friday morning. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in court later.
