Harley Owners Group Donates Toys

The Christmas spirit is alive and well amongst Chautauqua-Kinzua Harley Owners Group members. Since the close of the Christmas 2011 season, the C-K H.O.G. Chapter, sponsored by Harley-Davidson of Jamestown, has been diligently collecting toys to donate to various organizations and families in need this Christmas season. Each month, members were encouraged to bring in an item for the Chapter’s Toy Box. The C-K H.O.G. members accepted the challenge and donated a record amount of toys. Recipients included Falconer Central School, The Child Advocacy Program of Chautauqua County, the Salvation Army Agnes Home Shelter and one anonymous family in need.

The Chautauqua-Kinzua H.O.G. Chapter was established in February 2010. Sponsored by Harley-Davidson of Jamestown, the chapter currently has more than 120 active members. C-K H.O.G.’s mission is to organize a group of individuals for the purpose of safe and enjoyable motorcycle riding, as well as to foster camaraderie among members. C-K H.O.G. has pledged to donate a portion of their time and funds to those who are less fortunate.
